FAQ
Questions organizations ask.
Can we connect practitioners already on Gyfts?
Yes. Find a practitioner on Gyfts or invite them by email to affiliate with your organization. They accept from their own account, and affiliating requires their own Pro plan. Staff on your team are different: they join through your invitation with a separate work account.
What is the difference between staff and affiliated members?
Staff are part of your team on Org Premium. Their access comes through your plan and their services are sold by your organization. Affiliated practitioners and members run their own practices, keep their own profiles and plans, and are shown as connected to your organization.
Who pays for practitioner plans?
Affiliated practitioners keep and pay for their own plans. Staff on Org Premium get the full practitioner feature set through your organization’s plan.
Can we have both staff and independent affiliates?
Yes, on Org Premium. Org Pro is for organizations that work with affiliated practitioners and members only, without staff.
Can we manage multiple locations?
Each plan includes one bookable location. If you need more, request additional locations from your billing settings and our team will add them.
Who receives booking payments?
Payments for your organization’s offerings, including services delivered by your staff, go to your organization’s Stripe account. Affiliated practitioners are paid directly for their own services. Stripe’s payment processing fees apply separately.
What happens when someone leaves our organization?
When an affiliation ends, only the connection changes: the practitioner keeps their profile, services and plan. When a staff member is removed, their staff profile is unpublished and any future bookings are flagged so you can reassign or cancel them.
Does membership or training affiliation mean Gyfts Verified?
No. Gyfts Verified requires its own review. Membership, training and other affiliations are shown as relationships and never grant verification.
Can we cancel or change team size?
Yes. Owners and billing managers can change plan or team size from billing. Upgrades apply straight away, prorated. Moving to a smaller size or plan applies at renewal, and you can’t move from Org Premium to Org Pro while staff remain. You can cancel at the end of your billing period.
