Naduir Centre for Holistic Health

Naduir Centre for Holistic Health is a custom-designed eco building in Furbo, on the coast road west of Galway city, that is also our family home. We are surrounded by the countryside of the west of Ireland, with a mature forest next door, a river passing by and a garden full of organic produce all year round.

That connection to nature is at the heart of what we offer. Our clients tell us they value leaving the busy city behind and letting the stillness of the center support their practice. It makes Naduir a natural setting for personal development, and we keep exploring and expanding the classes, workshops, events and therapies this environment can hold.

Breathwork and cold exposure are a big part of our program. We host Wim Hof Method Fundamentals workshops and longer Wim Hof weekends, and we create personalized wellness retreats shaped around what each visitor is looking for. For people who cannot travel to the west of Ireland, we run online yoga classes and weekly online Soma Breath sessions.

At the center you can also arrange sessions in a range of holistic and bodywork approaches, including craniosacral therapy, acupuncture, nutrition, massage, reflexology, homeopathy and naturopathy, as well as psychotherapy and counseling. Aikido is part of our activities too. Because our range is always evolving, it is worth checking in with us to see what is coming up.

You can book a workshop, weekend or retreat, arrange a session at the center, or join one of our online classes. Gift vouchers are available, and our newsletter shares news from Naduir. Directions to Furbo are on our website, and we are happy to answer questions by phone or email. We look forward to welcoming you.
