Grounded in Buddhist traditions, the Center offers programs spanning Buddhist Studies, Meditation & Spirituality, Yoga & Movement, Health & Nutrition, and Art & Culture, designed for practitioners at all levels. Most programs host 10–20 participants, creating an intimate and personalized experience. The Center is an affiliate of the Dharmakaya Organization and is largely funded through donations.
