Grail Springs

Grail Springs is a privately owned wellness retreat in Bancroft, Ontario, Canada. Founded by Madeleine Marentette and welcoming guests since 1993, we offer a place to step away from everyday demands and make time for personal wellbeing. Our retreat sits beside a spring-fed lake, surrounded by forest, walking trails, and meditation gardens. Nature is part of the experience, whether you join a guided forest walk, explore the grounds independently, or simply find a quiet place to pause. Our overnight retreats combine accommodation and plant-based meals with morning movement, evening meditation, and opportunities for reflection. Guests can enjoy saunas and hot and cold plunges, or add spa treatments and individual wellness sessions to their stay. Our offerings include massage, aromatherapy, reflexology, Reiki, mindfulness meditation, sound-based relaxation, and life coaching. We welcome people seeking rest, a break from busy routines, or space to consider what comes next. Alongside our signature retreat, we offer themed wellness stays and day retreats, with options to participate at your own pace.
