Short answer

Anything with a date goes under Offerings as a scheduled offering. Select New event, pick the type, set when and where it happens, add one or more ticket types, and publish. People register on its own page, and you'll find everyone who signed up under Attendees.

  1. Start a new event

Open Offerings and select Add a class, workshop, course, or retreat, then New event.

  2. Describe it

Give it a title and choose the type: Class, Workshop, Course, Retreat, Webinar and so on. The full description needs at least 80 characters before you can publish.

  3. Say where

Pick Online, In Person or Hybrid. Online needs a meeting link. In person needs an address chosen from the address search, so it pins on the map.

  4. Add tickets

Each ticket type has a name, a price or Mark as free, and its own capacity. Use Add tier for things like Early Bird. Paid tiers can open and close sales on set dates.

  5. Set the time and publish

Choose Starts, Ends, the time zone and the total capacity, then Publish. Save draft keeps it private.

Need the same event again? Duplicate copies everything except the dates. An event with registrations can't be deleted; archive it instead.
