Sell a bundle of sessions
Create a service and choose Bundle as its structure. Set the number of sessions (at least two), the bundle price, and how many days it stays valid. Clients pay once, then book each session from their dashboard with Book next session, and always see how many sessions they have left.
- Start a new service
Go to Services, select Add service, and choose Bundle as the offering structure.
- Set up the bundle
Under Bundle settings, set Number of sessions, Bundle price and Valid for (days). Leave Valid for empty if the bundle shouldn't expire.
- Finish and save
Complete delivery and details as for any service, then select Add service.
What clients see
Clients buy the bundle in one payment. Their dashboard then shows Your bundles, with the sessions left and a Book next session button. Each booking made from the bundle says it's already paid.
When a session goes back into the bundle
- If you cancel a session, or don't attend, the session goes back into the client's bundle.
- If the client cancels early enough for a full refund under your cancellation policy, the session goes back into the bundle.
- If the client cancels later than that, or doesn't attend, the session is used.
